Eshraq Law Journal is a specialized scientific publication that is published quarterly and in the Persian language.

The journal accepts articles in related legal fields.

The student publication license was issued by Payame Noor University on September 26, 2020 (05/07/1399 in the Persian calendar), under license number 24/994/D.

The publication is officially licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance under number 96136 as a specialized journal, with ISSN 2717-0225.

Eshraq Law Journal, a specialized scientific journal, has been awarded second place in the National Harekat Festival among humanities journals.

Eshraq Law Journal welcomes the submission of articles from all researchers, academics, and students in the field of law for publication in its quarterly issues.


1. Public Law and Constitutional Law
This area covers the structure and functioning of government institutions, citizens' fundamental rights and freedoms, the rule of law, transparency, accountability of public bodies, and topics such as civil rights, administrative law, environmental law, and public health law.

2. Private Law and Economic Law
This section includes topics such as civil law, family law, contract law, tort law, intellectual property law, commercial law, corporate law, banking law, insurance law, labor law and social security, and capital market law.

3. Criminal Law and Criminology
This area encompasses general and specific criminal law, criminal procedure, criminology, criminal policy, penology, emerging crimes such as cybercrime and economic crime, and juvenile criminal justice.

4. International Law and Human Rights
This section focuses on public and private international law, human rights, international humanitarian law, international criminal law, the law of international organizations, and the international obligations of states.

5. Islamic Jurisprudence, Islamic Law, and Comparative Legal Studies
This area examines the jurisprudential foundations of Islamic law, the relationship between jurisprudence and modern law, legal principles in Islamic thought, the objectives of Sharia (Maqasid al-Sharia), and comparative analyses between Islamic and other legal systems.
